studio on the ground floor of St. Elizabeth
of Hungary Convent, Crestwood, Missouri.
Once a teacher, always a teacher.
The U.S. space program
gave us our first photos of earth
and I fell in love with these
images, which are
my constant inspiration.
I joined the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill, N.Y., who taught me at Little Flower
School in Richmond Heights. After 33 years as an elementary educator and 25 years as a professional artist, I
retired my business.
Art Ministry gave me countless opportunities to hear people express their faith and tell me their
stories. Teaching life science and working in Outdoor Education at Camp Don Bosco influenced some of my art.
Did I follow my bliss? OR Did bliss happen with the choices I've made?
